We offer a variety of classes
Our beginner class is designed for those who are new to Reformer Pilates and offers a full body workout. A slower and comfortable pace, easing you into the technicalities of the machine, focusing on the fundamental principles.Teaching you the basics, whilst building your confidence and strength.
*We recommend 3 BeginHER classes before joining other class offerings, regardless of previous experience with Pilates or Reformer at another studio. This ensures you’re familiar with our equipment, class structure, and safety protocols, helping you get the most out of your practice.
Our signature class is designed to challenge you and develop your technique, offering a full-body work out.This class is an intermediate level class for those who have developed sufficient confidence with the machine and wish to move onto a more challenging class.
This dynamic full-body workout moves with purpose through powerful and controlled movements, building upon your reformer practice.
Three BeginHER classes will be required before moving onto SignatuHER.
Our stronger class is an intermediate muscle-targeted class, focusing on specific muscle groups to sculpt and tone. We have our Glutes and Legs class, focusing on building the glutes, sculpting and toning the leg and focusing on the lower body. We also have our Arms and Abs class, focusing on toning the arms and strengthening the core, whilst also focusing on other upper body muscle groups, such as the mid-back.
Three BeginHER classes will be required before moving to StrongHER.
